Monkey and Crocodile
In a forest there lived a monkey and a crocodile they were friends among themselves. Monkey lived on a tree which had so many tasty grapes. He also gave these grapes to his friend crocodile.
One day crocodile's wife said that she want monkey’s heart, because she thought that the monkey's heart very tasty because he eats lots of grapes. He told the crocodile to bring the monkey's heart for him. But crocodile said that he was his friend he didn’t kill him. But she didn’t listen him, so he went to the monkey.
The crocodile said to the monkey, "The fruits of that island have ripened. I'll take you there. The monkey's mouth started watering. He jumped up and sat on the crocodile's back. Both walked towards the island.
On the way the crocodile told, “My wife wants to eat your heart and I am taking you to her. The monkey started thinking quietly. After some time he said, "Oh, but I have left my heart on the tree. If you want my heart, take me back there. The clever monkey made the talk.
The foolish crocodile brought the monkey back to the river bank. As they approached the shore, the monkey jumped up and climbed the tree and saved his life.
Moral of the story:
We should never cheat with our friends.
